Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
Teriyaki Pork Stir Fry is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We take copyright infringement very seriously and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
This policy outlines the information required to submit a valid DMCA notification to Teriyaki Pork Stir Fry, as well as the process for submitting a counter-notification if your content has been removed in error.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Teriyaki Pork Stir Fry website, you may notify our designated copyright agent by providing the following information in writing:

Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification
If your content was removed from Teriyaki Pork Stir Fry in response to a DMCA notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the content, you may send a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:
